Background & Credit Authorization

Authorize AuraBridge Independent Residency to conduct a background investigation for program eligibility. Any criminal-history review is conducted only as permitted by the New Jersey Fair Chance in Housing Act — generally after a conditional offer — and is assessed fairly and individually.

This investigation may include criminal history records (state and federal), the national sex offender registry, eviction records and previous residency verification, and credit history and employment verification, used solely to determine eligibility for the independent living program, consistent with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable law.
