AuraBridge Independent Residency is a program-based residence designed to foster independence — with clear expectations, one all-inclusive monthly fee, a written residency agreement, and a supportive community around you.
No surprise bills and no separate utility accounts. One predictable monthly program fee bundles your housing and the services that keep the residence running smoothly — so you can focus on living your life. Every resident signs a written residency agreement that spells out rights, responsibilities, and house standards up front.
Program fees are due on the 1st of each month. Residents live independently — managing their own daily activities, finances, and self-administered medications — under the terms of a written residency agreement.
Everything you need to live comfortably is bundled into a single, predictable monthly program fee.
Both tiers are all-inclusive — housing, all utilities, secure entry, monitored common areas, and program services in one predictable payment.
