Admission Agreement

1. Nature of the Program

AuraBridge Independent Residency is a program-based housing facility and does not constitute a traditional landlord–tenant relationship. Residency is contingent upon active participation in the program and adherence to all community guidelines, and is governed by this agreement and applicable law.

2. Admission and Intake

Admission is based on the information provided in the Intake Form. The Resident warrants that all information provided is accurate. Any material misrepresentation may result in discharge from the program.

3. Program Fees

The Resident agrees to pay a monthly Program Fee covering housing, utilities, and program services. Fees are due on the 1st of each month.

4. Medication Self-Administration

AuraBridge is an Independent Living Facility, not an assisted living facility. Residents must be capable of self-administering all medications. Staff will not store, distribute, or supervise the intake of any medication.

5. House Rules and Expectations

Cleanliness & chores: participation in the rotating chore schedule is mandatory. Key & keyless entry: access is via secure keypad/fob entry. Room checks: management may conduct periodic inspections for safety, health, and cleanliness. Visitors: approved in advance, common areas only, designated hours, no overnight guests. Security: common areas are monitored by cameras 24/7; signing constitutes consent to monitoring of common areas.

6. Voluntary Move-Out and Discharge

Residency is voluntary. A 30-day written notice is required for voluntary move-out. AuraBridge may terminate this agreement for rule violations, non-payment of fees, or behaviors that threaten community safety, consistent with applicable law.
