AuraBridge Independent Residency ("AuraBridge," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our admissions process, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact & application details you submit through the intake form: name, date of birth, email, phone, current address, desired move-in date, income source, emergency contact, and any message.
- Background & credit information obtained, with your written authorization, as part of admissions screening.
- Building access records generated by the keyless entry system (keypad/fob usage) to keep the residence secure.
- Basic website data such as pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- To review your application, contact you, and administer admissions.
- To conduct authorized background and credit checks for community safety.
- To provide secure building access and maintain entry/security records.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry and admissions.
- To meet legal, safety, and record-keeping obligations.
Background & credit checks
With your written authorization, we complete a standard credit and background screening through a screening provider. Any criminal-history review is conducted only as permitted by the New Jersey Fair Chance in Housing Act — generally after a conditional offer — and is assessed fairly and individually. Screening is used consistent with the Fair Housing Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, and applicable law.
Building access & security
Our keyless entry system (keypad/fob) generates access records used only to keep the residence secure. We store these records securely, do not sell them, and retain them only as long as needed for safety and legal purposes. Common areas are monitored by security cameras 24/7 for resident safety.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, screening and secure hosting providers) and when required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for admissions, residency, and legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your choices & rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal limits. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Contact us using the details below. List any state-specific rights (e.g., California/CPRA) that apply to you.
